LeadershipEric Lundberg, President and CEO Eric Lundberg has over 20 years experience in the development of advanced automation systems and innovation. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Vesper since 2007, Eric is responsible for leading the company, driving growth and innovation, and continuing the expansion of Vesper market presence. This includes green energy concerns and the manufacturing challenges of large wind turbine blades. Based on graduate research, Eric co-founded venture-backed ArcSecond (now part of Nikon), to develop a laser-based indoor GPS system and developed iGPS technology from basic concept to salable product. He also led product development and implementation for Metricvision, and was Director of Special Projects for Metris responsible for developing market acceptance and adoption for laser-based products. Many of Eric’s projects include emerging technologies, including manufacturing systems for aircraft B787, B777, F35, hazardous-waste clean-up, and the creation of special effects for motion pictures, including the movies Titanic and True Lies. Eric holds his Bachelors & Masters of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University. He has received numerous awards for design and innovation, holds 26 United States and foreign patents, with two additional pending patents for automation and green energy technologies. Michael Draszt, Director of Operations, Vesper Co-founder As Director of Operations, Michael leads the ensuring superior client satisfaction, setting client strategy and leading quality process to ensure extraordinary results. Prior to founding Vesper, Michael spent 15 years in composite tooling, manufacturing, design, measurement and analysis. Michael worked on advanced projects, including NASA’s Shuttle program, Boeing’s 787 and the 777, Lockheed’s F-35, and many more. While holding various senior-level roles, he designed and implemented a wide range of business processes ensuring efficiency and quality control. Highly skilled in project management, strategic planning, equipment development and equipment integration, training and consulting, Michael is also an innovator and inventor. He holds two pending patents for automation and green energy technologies. |
