When a manufacturing company experienced challenges on a recent project, we received a call asking for help. This client had several blades that were in bad need of adjustment, their installation process was delayed, and they were managing multiple challenges.
They were in the middle of the blade project, the installation and adjustment process for this blade tooling was supposed to take months and they were running out of time and budget.
