Our VCP eliminates variance, unpredictable output and challenges with blade production, offering rapid feedback (15 minutes) to adjust and refine production. VCP is the most advanced process for ensuring shape and dimension output of wind turbine blades. Adapted from aerospace, and optimized specifically for wind turbine applications, Vesper’s certified metrology process ensures the tightest tolerances available in the wind turbine industry.

In addition to raising overall blade quality, our process ensures that each and every blade is 'certified' to meet specifications.  This increases performance, reduces maintenance and other risks to turbine owners, investment companies, and insurers.
